how a decision gets made
- 1.trigger ── a gRPC account update moves a vault or a price. idle tokens never get this far.
- 2.rules ── the easy cases (claim when the vault is full, nothing else to judge) are decided by plain code.
- 3.model ── everything else goes to the model, one to ten coins per request, answering in strict JSON with a public reason.
- 4.check ── caps, cooldowns, budget, slippage. a bad answer gets one retry with the errors attached, then the rule takes over.
- 5.execute ── simulate, sign, send, confirm. claims send 10% in sol to the protocol in the same transaction; buys burn what they bought in the same transaction.
